What platforms does SendStock AI support?
Currently: Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, and Freepik. More platforms are planned.
Is my data safe?
- Files are never stored on our servers
- For AI generation, images are resized (max 512px) before being sent to the AI model
- FTP credentials are stored encrypted on your device
- Portfolio data is stored in a local database on your machine
Does SendStock AI work offline?
Partially. You can load files, edit metadata, and use similarity search offline. AI generation and upload require an internet connection.
AI Generation
Why are the keywords sometimes irrelevant?
The AI is trained on general visual content. For niche or very specific subjects, add a custom prompt in Profile → My Prompt to guide the AI toward your specialty.
Can I use my own AI model?
Yes, advanced users can connect their own local AI server in their account settings via the web app.
Upload & FTP
My FTP connection fails — what should I do?
- Double-check credentials in your contributor dashboard
- Make sure you're not behind a restrictive firewall
- Try the Test Connection button to see the exact error message
Can I upload to multiple platforms at the same time?
Yes. Select your files, click Upload, and check all the platforms you want to upload to simultaneously.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Profile → Subscription → Cancel inside the app, or contact support at sendstockai.com.
I lost my credits — what happened?
Credits reset daily at midnight Paris time. If you believe there was an error, contact support with the date and time of the issue.
