Portfolio Sync — Desktop App

Import your contributor portfolio into SendStock AI to analyze performance and find opportunities.

What Portfolio Sync Does

• Imports your full catalog (titles, keywords, thumbnails, status)
• Shows download counts and earnings per asset
• Identifies best-selling and underperforming files
• Enables local similarity search across your entire portfolio

Setup

1. Go to Settings → Portfolio
2. Enter your Creator ID (found in your contributor dashboard)
3. Click Sync Portfolio

The first sync may take a few minutes depending on your portfolio size.

Auto-Sync

Once configured, SendStock AI automatically syncs your portfolio silently at startup.

What You Can See

After syncing, the Portfolio tab shows:

• Your full asset catalog with thumbnails
• Status per file: draft, approved, rejected
• Download count per file
• Earnings (when available)
• Pagination — 50 assets per page

Filtering

Filter your portfolio by status to focus on specific subsets:

• All — full catalog
• Approved — live assets
• Rejected — assets to review or resubmit
• Draft — pending review
